South Elementary

Welcome to Berryhill South Elementary School!

Welcome to Berryhill South Elementary. BES South houses kindergarten through third grade, cafeteria, gym, and music room. The North and South Elementary sites operate in many ways as one site. Students quickly become familiar with both buildings as they travel to music, physical education, and cafeteria (South), and library (North).

Parents

Please continue to watch closely for information being sent home by teachers. Don't forget that Thursday folder items should be read Thursday night and returned the following day. This will help keep you informed about your child's academics, schedules and expectations for the school year. Also, students are using daily planners to list all their assignments in each day. This is a helpful tool in keeping you informed about homework.

Don't Forget

You can stay in the know by downloading our school app! Go to the app store and search for School Connect then Berryhill. Be sure to click yes to push notifications in order to get updated notices. Supply lists are available on the app also.

This year we are participating in a hassle-free fundraiser called Shoparoo. Nationwide, 7,000+ schools are already fundraising through Shoparoo and we see it as great opportunity for us to make a difference this year.

All you need to do is take pictures of your grocery receipts with the Shoparoo app made for your smartphone. It doesn’t matter where you shop or what you buy - every receipt submitted results in a donation to our school!

So, what are you waiting for? Simply download the free app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store by searching ‘shoparoo’ and then select our school as your chosen cause. Since there is no limit to how much money we can raise with Shoparoo, be sure to invite your friends and neighbors to join in – every receipt counts!
